You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs.
Only the return shipping costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier’s website for exact return rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
